3 Liability Waiver & Release
LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS
In consideration of being permitted to participate in activities conducted by Blue Water School of Surfing ("BWSS"), I, on behalf of myself and/or my minor child, hereby release and discharge BWSS, William Kimball, and all instructors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising from participation in surf camp, fish camp, or any related water activities, whether arising from the negligence of BWSS or otherwise.
I acknowledge that surfing and water activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: drowning, physical contact with surfboards, marine life, and other ocean hazards. I confirm that my child is able to swim and I consent to their participation.
I grant BWSS permission to use photographs and videos of my child for promotional purposes. I confirm all information provided is accurate and I agree to notify BWSS of any medical conditions that may affect my child's participation.
All instructors are lifeguard certified, CPR certified, and First Aid certified.
